Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Product Management for the Advisor Experience. This role leads a small team and owns the technology roadmap, discovery, specifications, and outcomes for the advisor experience within the Digital & Wealth Management Technology organization.

You collaborate with Wealth Management leadership, advisors, and Compliance to frame problems and deliver AI-enabled tools that augment advisor judgment while meeting fiduciary standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline required.
• 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping digital or AI-powered products to production.
• Demonstrated leadership experience: led product managers or owned a roadmap independently.
• Prior ownership of products in a regulated environment (wealth, brokerage, or financial services).
• Experience influencing VP-and-above stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a 12–18 month technology product roadmap across advisor copilot, proposal generation, client context, and next-best-action with clear milestones.
• Lead discovery with advisors, translate workflow problems into crisp specs and technology solutions.
• Write PRDs and technical specs for small AI engineering teams with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and operations; own go-to-market, training, rollout, and adoption measurement.
• Coach junior PMs, build relationships across Wealth Management, distribution, and Control functions.
