Job summary

Voya Financial is hiring an Assistant Vice President of Product Management for the Advisor Experience within the Digital & Wealth Management Technology organization. You will partner with Wealth Management and the advisor field to own the technology roadmap and deliver AI-enabled tools across advisor copilot, meeting prep, client context, and proposal generation.

This deeply hands-on leadership role requires 10+ years in product management, strong AI/ML experience, and a track record of shipping

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping digital or AI-powered products to production.
• Demonstrated ability to own lifecycle from discovery through measurable adoption.
• Experience navigating compliance, supervision and legal review as part of the product process.
• Ownership of products in a regulated environment (wealth, brokerage or financial services).
• Ability to influence VP and above stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the advisor experience technology product roadmap across copilot, client context, proposal generation, and next-best-action.
• Partner with Wealth Management leadership, advisors, field operations and distribution to identify problems and shape solutions.
• Write PRDs and technical specs that AI engineering can execute against; define acceptance criteria including model quality, latency, and fiduciary constraints.
• Maintain fluency in the advisor workflow from prospecting to booking to ongoing service to identify where AI adds value.
• Lead a small team of product managers; coach junior PMs and align stakeholders across units.
• Coordinate product launches with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and field enablement; own go-to-market and adoption measurement.
