Job summary
Voya Financial is hiring an Assistant Vice President of Product Management for the Advisor Experience. This role leads a small team to own the technology roadmap, discovery, and specifications for advisor tools and AI-enabled features within Wealth Management.
You will collaborate with Wealth Management leadership, Compliance, and engineering to ship measurable improvements in advisor capacity and client outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in tech, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated track record shipping digital or AI-powered products to production.
- Leadership experience: coached PMs or led a product workstream.
- Experience owning regulated advisor-facing products and working with Compliance/Legal.
- Strong collaboration with engineering and AI teams to deliver outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the Advisor Experience technology product roadmap with 12–18 month horizon.
- Partner with Wealth Management and field to identify problems and shape AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive AI-native advisor tools, rapid prototypes, and go-to-market planning.
- Lead and develop a small PM team and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance, risk controls, and fiduciary considerations are integrated.
