Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Product Management for the Advisor Experience within the Digital & Wealth Management Technology organization. You will own the technology roadmap, partner with Wealth Management leadership, and lead a small team of PMs delivering AI-enabled advisor tools.

You will write specs, evaluate AI prototype quality, and ensure fiduciary compliance while driving measurable improvements in advisor capacity and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years in AI/ML or digital product roles at a tech company, fintech, or financial services.
• Leadership experience: has led product managers or owned a product workstream.
• Experience in regulated wealth/financial services environments; navigate compliance and legal review.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a 12–18 month technology product roadmap across advisor copilot, proposal generation, client context, and next-best-action.
• Prioritize using advisor workflow research, adoption data, field feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Write PRDs and technical specifications for a small AI engineering team.
• Lead structured discovery with advisors and translate workflow problems into crisp specs.
• Coordinate launches with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and field enablement; own go-to-market and adoption measurement.
