Formación

• At least 5 years’ experience in the Financial Industry.
• Experience with technology implementations and the full SDLC.
• Experience writing business requirements for large projects.
• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Translate user requirements into actionable tech specs for developers.
• Lead and coordinate BAs/PMs to keep initiatives on track and budget.
• Deliver new solutions to field users including messaging to field leadership, training and support model.
• Review functional requirements and resolve issues for branches.
