Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Advisor Desktop Product Owner, Assistant Vice President to drive technology initiatives within the Wealth Management Platforms. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the Financial Industry.
• Demonstrated experience with technology implementations and the entire SDLC process.
• Previous experience working with Financial/Wealth Advisors is highly desirable.
• Experience writing business requirements for large projects.
• Experience leading large scale technology initiatives.
• BA/BS Degree.
• Strong knowledge and interest in new technologies, from an end-user perspective.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in Agile Methodology approach to technology delivery and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives for Wealth Management Platforms.
• Translate business needs into technology requirements and system designs.
• Manage technology BAs/PMs to keep initiatives on track and budget.
• Deliver new solutions to field users including messaging and training.
• Review functional requirements and resolve issues for branches.
