Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between business, product, User Experience, and technology teams to deliver platform solutions.
• Own business requirements and user stories; refine and prioritize backlog items with agile squads.
• Own backlog refinement and sprint planning; articulate requirements to stakeholders and drive timely delivery of features.
• Lead business process transformation initiatives and craft compelling business cases with strong ROI.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to define technology requirements and perform testing to confirm quality.
• Evaluate and optimize existing processes and technology solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
• Map and refine critical user journeys, workflows, and processes to align with objectives.
• Champion strategic change efforts from ideation through post-launch, including impact analysis and rollout monitoring.
