Morgan Stanley in New York City is seeking a skilled Product Manager – AVP to lead digital client experience projects within Wealth Management Platforms. You will define, build and review end-to-end digital services for Morgan Stanley / E*TRADE clients, partnering with technology, UX, risk and compliance to ensure a best-in-class user experience.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, disciplined product management, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable value

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing digital web or mobile products.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Agile development experience.
• Finance industry experience preferred; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the product development life cycle, including problem definition, solution discovery, and post-launch results optimization.
• Build and maintain prioritized feature backlog and define roadmap with stakeholders across technology, UX, Legal, Risk, compliance, Data and Digital Product teams.
• Use a metrics-driven framework to balance value add and resource investment.
• Own KPI tracking and reporting for continuous optimization of client service and support.
• Collaborate with business, technology, UX, customer service, Ops, and compliance to elicit requirements.
• Identify risk and issues impacting roadmap delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
• Plan, prepare, and conduct business reviews and follow through on action items.
