Responsibilities

• Liaison between business, product, UX, and technology teams to deliver platform solutions and create new processes.
• Own business requirements and user stories; refine and prioritize backlog with agile squads.
• Manage backlog refinement and sprint planning; articulate requirements to stakeholders and drive timely delivery of features.
• Lead business process transformation initiatives and craft business cases with ROI potential.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to define technology requirements; perform testing to confirm quality.
• Evaluate and optimize existing processes and solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
• Map user journeys and align workflows with strategic objectives.
• Champion strategic change from ideation through post-launch and monitor success metrics.
