Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the Financial Industry.
• Experience with technology implementations and the entire SDLC process.
• Experience working with Financial/Wealth Advisors is highly desirable.
• Experience writing business requirements for large projects.
• Experience leading large scale technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge and interest in new technologies, from an end-user perspective.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in Agile Methodology approach to technology delivery and project management.

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements for Financial Advisors and branch staff into clear system specifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Manage technology BAs/PMs to keep initiatives on track and budget.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions, including messaging to field leadership and training.
• Review Functional Requirements and resolve issues for the branches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into tech actions.
