• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new desktop/mobile features for Advisors and staff.
• Manage technology BAs/PMs to keep initiatives on track and budget.
• Oversee delivery of new solutions to field users, including messaging, training and support models.
• Review functional requirements and resolve issues for branches.
