Job summary

OUTFRONT, a leading North American out-of-home media company, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support pre- and post-sale activities, collaborate with General Managers and the Sales team, and ensure timely delivery of the sales process. You will use strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, familiarity with PowerPoint/Excel, and a degree in Marketing or Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Managers and Sales team on all facets of client relations including proposal completion, media plans, and customer service.
• Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news and market expertise.
• Administer the contract process from creation to execution for direct clients or agencies.
• Facilitate daily communication between account teams, creative, and inventory managers to fulfill client requests.
• Manage the internal Proof of Performance process and liaise with the Operations team to ensure quality control of photos.
