Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an Account Manager I - Inside Sales Support / Order Entry in Charlotte, NC to accurately enter and maintain advertising orders, monitor schedules, and provide day-to-day operational support to Account Executives and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order entry, sales support, account coordination, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, operations, and technical teams.
• Proficiency with computer-based order entry, data entry, or business systems.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the accurate and timely entry of advertising orders and schedules across multiple markets.
• Review order information for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Monitor advertising schedules and exception reports to identify potential delivery issues.
• Partner with Account Executives to address schedule discrepancies and help recover missed advertising opportunities.
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to Account Executives and Sales Management.
• Communicate advertising operations processes and capabilities to internal and external customers.
• Track advertising materials and maintain accurate records for both electronic and supporting order documentation.
• Assist sales and technical teams with identifying and resolving advertising schedule delivery issues.
• Ensure the appropriate advertising copy and materials are correctly associated with each order.
• Maintain accurate, organized records within the company's advertising traffic and order-management systems.
