Plainview Outdoor Advertising in Chattanooga is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated account executive for an in-person, outside sales role. Base salary is $30,000 with 10% commissions after training, offering potential earnings well over $65,000 annually.

Responsibilities include identifying clients, proposing advertising campaigns, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of outdoor advertising or digital advertising experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and anticipate advertising needs.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing team to brainstorm effective campaigns and present proposals to clients.
• Communicate pricing and terms, negotiate sales and renewals, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Attend regular meetings with Sales Manager to discuss opportunities.
• Maintain contacts with prospects through in-person meetings, calls, and written correspondence.
• Uphold customer service and sales standards and stay engaged with the local media advertising community.
