Lamar Outdoor of Memphis is hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive outdoor advertising campaigns in Memphis, TN and surrounding areas. The role combines office work with field sales, focusing on meeting sales targets and growing the customer book.

The position offers salary + commission, with a 75k to 85k first-year potential depending on experience and selling ability, plus comprehensive benefits and a strong company culture.

Qualifications

• Current and valid driver’s license required.
• College degree preferred and outdoor advertising sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned area.
• Visit Lamar clients and competitors' clients within a time frame.
• Develop product knowledge and selling skills; present to clients regularly.
• Prepare proposals and written presentations using computer tools.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.
