Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join our Service team during peak seasonal periods in Florida. You will help with vehicle intake, readiness, and logistics while supporting technicians and learning through the TRAIL program.

The role serves as an entry point toward a future Service Technician career. You will gain hands-on experience with basic repairs, tools, and safety procedures, working in a fast-paced environment that keeps Rivian owners on their adventures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong desire to learn and work with hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & site operations: inspect, process, wash, detail and charge vehicles; manage lot and keys; maintain a clean, safe service center.
• Service production support: assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI; practice with hand and power tools under supervision; maintain tools readiness.
• Training & career development: participate in TRAIL program; receive mentorship and on-the-job training; complete RLN modules; explore a long-term service technician career.
