Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist in California to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will be on the front lines, ensuring smooth delivery and service while gaining hands-on experience aimed at a future Service Technician role.

The position emphasizes three areas: vehicle operations, service production support, and training development. Expect mentorship, practical tool use, and flexible scheduling in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Maintain vehicle quality and readiness through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Manage vehicle logistics including lot organization, shuttling, and key management.
• Maintain a clean, safe service center per 5S principles.
• Assist technicians with basic vehicle repairs (PDI and Express Lane).
• Participate in TRAIL program and RLN training for growth toward Service Technician.
