Urban Air is seeking a General Manager in Rockford, IL to lead daily operations, staff development, and guest experience with a focus on safety and profitability. You will provide vision, enforce standards, and drive a fun, high-performance culture across the park.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Facility Operations & Management.
• Proven ability to develop team members in areas of responsibility.
• Ability to achieve expected store financial results in areas of responsibility.
• Professional, energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor staff to develop their skills.
• Cultivate a team environment with exceptional customer service.
• Lead staff training programs and develop Area Leads / Trainers as needed.
• Motivate managerial staff to maximize productivity and accountability.
• Ensure execution of employee recognition and incentive programs.
• Maintain community presence through partnerships with organizations.
• Oversee all operations including entertainment, food & beverage, and attractions.
