Qualifications

• 3+ years in Facility Operations & Management.
• Experience in Hospitality: Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate staff and manage budgets.
• Professional grooming and conduct expected.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor staff to develop their skills.
• Lead and influence managerial staff to maximize productivity.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure environments for guests and staff.
• Oversee operations including entertainment, food & beverage, attractions, and facilities.
• Monitor reviews and ensure high guest satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Develop and execute plans to meet financial goals and budgets.
