Urban Air Coon Rapids seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, motivate staff, and uphold our fun culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences each day. You will direct entertainment and hospitality operations, manage guest safety, training, budget discipline, and performance, while building a strong team and community presence.

This role requires strategic leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced family entertainment

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management required: theme parks or FECs.
• 3 years of facility operations & management experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor staff to develop skills and ensure service standards.
• Cultivate a team environment delivering exceptional customer service.
• Implement and execute staff training programs across departments.
• Develop Area Leads and Trainers for increased responsibilities.
• Lead managers with motivational guidance to maximize productivity.
• Oversee employee recognition and incentive programs.
• Maintain community partnerships and engagement.
