Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality required: Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants.
• 3 years of experience in Facility Operations & Management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate staff.
• Professional grooming and conduct expected; adaptable and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor staff; develop their skills.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.
• Oversee operations across entertainment, food & beverage, attractions, and property.
• Drive revenue and control expenses; analyze financial reports.
• Foster community partnerships and ensure guest satisfaction.
