Trailborn in Jackson Hole, WY is seeking a Guest Experience Planner to support daily Adventure Center operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, organization, inventory control, and face-to-face sales.

You will engage guests, assist with tours, maintain materials, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming environment across the property.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with outdoor recreation or local experiences is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Adventure Center Manager with day-to-day duties to ensure seamless operations.
• Serve as a primary face-to-face sales and guest engagement representative.
• Oversee inventory, back cage, and ensure equipment and forms are stocked.
• Maintain front desk maps, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Support shuttle operations and guest experience across the property.
• Ensure waivers and tour documentation are completed and filed.
