Responsabilidades

• Manage daily appointment scheduling and optimize spa therapist allocation.
• Greet guests and provide detailed information about spa services and promotions.
• Coordinate communication between spa staff and management to address operational needs and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate client records including preferences and service history.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking product usage and coordinating supply orders.
• Support marketing efforts by helping to promote spa services and special offers to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards within the spa environment.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
