Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Adventure Center Supervisor to support daily operations under the Adventure Center Manager. You will help organize, oversee inventory and equipment, and act as a primary face-to-face sales and guest engagement representative on property.

In this hands-on role, you will help book tours, greet guests, and ensure all front desk materials and promotional items are well maintained.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with outdoor recreation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Adventure Center Manager with day-to-day duties.
• Step in to support all functions of the Adventure Center.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency across all areas.
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and back cage.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks.
• Ensure waivers and tour documentation are stocked and filed.
• Maintain Adventure Center vehicles to a high standard; fuel daily.
• Serve as secondary in-person sales contact for guests.
• Focus on booking tours and promoting experiences.
• Maintain front desk materials and support guest engagement.
• Supervise game room for cleanliness and functionality.
• Assist shuttle operations when needed.
• Represent the Adventure Center professionally.
• Ensure guests are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
