Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts in Jackson Hole seeks an Adventure Center Manager to lead the resort’s Adventure Center, ensuring memorable, safe, and seamless experiences for guests exploring Jackson Hole and the surrounding area.

This position oversees Adventure Center operations, guest activity planning, recreational programming, transportation coordination, equipment management, and the performance and development of the Adventure Center team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hospitality, recreation, or guest services experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Jackson Hole and regional recreational opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of the Adventure Center with safe, engaging guest experiences.
• Coordinate guest activities, transportation, and seasonal programming.
• Build relationships with local outfitters, guides, and partners.
• Train, schedule, and develop Adventure Center staff and ensure safety standards.
• Monitor weather and conditions; adjust activities to maintain guest safety.
• Ensure waivers, records, and documentation are up to date.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
