Job summary

Trailborn Jackson Hole in Jackson, WY is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, guest arrival and departure experiences, and front desk team leadership.

You will handle guest requests, reservations, and service recovery, mentor staff, oversee room assignments, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure warm, efficient, personalized service that meets brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years front office or guest services experience, with supervisory or lead responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service recovery skills.
• Experience with hotel PMS and front desk procedures.
• Ability to coach and develop a team in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Detail-oriented with cash handling, billing, and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations including check-in/check-out and guest requests.
• Act as manager on duty during assigned shifts and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery with empathy and sound judgment.
• Review arrivals, departures, VIPs, and room assignments for personalized service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, and F&B.
• Train and coach front office staff to maintain service standards.
