We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to maintain the accuracy of our constituent database through diligent research and data entry. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to contribute to various administrative tasks as needed.

Department: College Relations-Advancement Information Services

Location: 69 Union Ave (Off of main campus)

Supervisor: Rachel Pendragon

Work Available: Work must take place during the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $9.70

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform web searches for locating and updating information on our constituents
  • Update the database with biographic information
  • Assist in reviewing and refining materials for accuracy and clarity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Position
  • Must keep all information confidential – you will need to sign a Statement of Confidentiality
  • Must be dependable and work according to the schedule you create with minor changes
  • Must be responsible for completing work in a competent and thorough manner
  • Must be receptive to learning new office skills
