Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician B to repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel equipment, including chassis, refuse bodies, hydraulic/electrical systems, brakes, HVAC, and drive train. You’ll service trucks on-site and on the road, with ongoing training and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technician experience in gasoline and diesel diagnosis and repair.
• ASE Certifications (T1-T8) are a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on chassis, refuse bodies, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair light to heavy-duty trucks on-site or while on the road.
• Safely provide road service when necessary.
• Complete company training programs and follow safety procedures.
