Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an Advanced Account Manager to support customer relationships and drive business growth across Wisconsin and Illinois. You will work with customers, application engineers, and business leaders to understand challenges and connect them with Keysight's test and measurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales, engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and management of customer accounts within Ohio.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and communication.
• Learn customers' technical and business objectives and identify opportunities to create value.
• Assist in developing account plans and strategies to support revenue growth.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and trade events.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers and technical specialists to develop customer solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer outreach, networking, and lead follow-up activities.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer information within CRM systems.
• Support contract, quotation, and proposal activities in partnership with internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations teams to ensure customer success.
• Stay informed on industry trends, customer applications, and emerging technologies.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while contributing to long-term business growth.
