Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with strong interest in technology and sales.
• US Person status required for eligibility.
• 0–2 years in internships, co-op, or customer-facing roles with a technical tilt.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and management of customer accounts within Illinois territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement.
• Learn customer objectives and identify opportunities to create value.
• Assist in developing account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, and trade events.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers to develop customer solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Support contracts, quotations, and proposals with internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
• Stay informed on industry trends and customer applications.
