As an Account Manager, you will work with customers, sales professionals, application engineers, and business leaders to understand challenges and connect them with Keysight's test and measurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field as listed in qualifications.
• US Person eligible to work in the United States.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in internships, co-ops, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in Illinois and assigned territory.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through engagement and communication.
• Learn customers' objectives and identify opportunities to create value.
• Develop account plans and strategies to support revenue growth.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and events.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers to develop customer solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities via outreach and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM data, pipelines, and forecasts.
• Assist with contracts, quotations, and proposals with internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
