Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks an Entry-Level Account Manager to support customer relationships and drive business growth across Illinois. You will collaborate with sales teams, application engineers, and business leaders to understand customer challenges and connect them with Keysight’s test and measurement solutions.

During training and mentorship, you’ll learn to develop account plans, participate in customer meetings and demonstrations, and help grow revenue in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• US Person.
• 0-2 years of professional experience including internships or co-op.
• Strong interest in technology, sales, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and management of customer accounts within Illinois and assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and communication.
• Learn customers' technical and business objectives and identify opportunities to create value.
• Assist in developing account plans and strategies to support revenue growth.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and trade events.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers to develop customer solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outreach and lead follow‑up.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer information in CRM.
