Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support growth and management of customer accounts within Ohio and regional territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and communication.
• Learn customers' technical and business objectives and identify opportunities to create value.
• Assist in developing account plans and strategies to support revenue growth.
• Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and trade events.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers and technical specialists to develop customer solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer outreach and lead follow-up.
• Maintain opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer information within CRM systems.
• Support contract, quotation, and proposal activities with internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction and contribute to long-term growth.
