Pearce Renewables is seeking an Advanced Solar Field Service Technician (O&M) to support solar power plants near Bakersfield, California. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Solar Utility equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in Commercial/Industrial O&M on solar power plants is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical experience with troubleshooting.
- Specific solar experience with inverters, tracker systems, or sub-stations equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of Solar Utility and Sub-Station equipment.
- Document work orders, time logs, inventory control, and emergency information schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical components using digital meters, meggers, and amp clamps.
- Test and troubleshoot installed solar equipment ensuring proper working order.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset with OSHA-compliant practices.
