Job summary

Pearce is recruiting for an Advanced Solar Field Service Technician (Operations and Maintenance) to perform hands-on solar O&M at sites near Grants Pass, Oregon. You will maintain solar plants, follow safety standards, and work in local sites within 50 miles of Grants Pass.

Responsibilities include preventative/corrective maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting electrical components using meters and test equipment. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Commercial/Industrial operations and maintenance (O&M) on solar power plants.
• Preventative maintenance experience on Solar Utility equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of Solar Utility and Sub-Station equipment.
• Document work orders, time logs, inventory, and safety schedules.
• Troubleshoot electrical components with meters and testing equipment.
• Test and troubleshoot installed solar equipment to ensure proper operation.
