Job summary

American Family Care Aurora Saddle Rock is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Provider to deliver urgent and primary care at our franchised location. The APP will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate assessments, and high patient satisfaction in a fast-paced AFC center.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified (ER/UC experience preferred).
• Active PA/NP licensure in the state of practice, DEA number, and state-controlled substance certificate.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed health histories, review records, and order appropriate tests.
• Formulate diagnoses and arrange referrals to facilities and resources.
• Institute emergency measures and stabilize patients as needed.
• Interpret data to guide patient management and treatment.
• Educate patients and families about health care and promotion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
