Job summary

American Family Care Ken Caryl seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver urgent care services at our franchised location. The APP will conduct comprehensive assessments, coordinate care with staff, and ensure efficient patient flow with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Candidates must hold CO PA/NP licensure with DEA, be board-certified (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA), and demonstrate strong communication and multitasking abilities in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• Able to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete health histories and order relevant tests.
• Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and referrals.
• Institute emergency measures and stabilize patients as needed.
• Interpret data to determine status and treatment.
• Provide health care guidance to patients and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
