Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Nursing or Physician Assistant field.
• Current state license and prescriptive authority for MA and DEA where applicable.
• Basic Life Support certification required and relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examinations and develops care plans.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and diagnostic tests and educates patients and families.
• Collaborates with staff to coordinate safe, timely patient-centered care.
• Provide direct patient care and management for all opioid patients.
• Document encounters clearly and maintain accurate records.
