Community Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Pulmonary/Critical Care and Internal Medicine groups at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time night opportunity offers a 7-on/14-off schedule with 12-hour shifts.

You will work within a provider-led organization with EPIC EMR and a focus on compassionate, high-quality patient care. 1–3 years hospitalist or IM/PC care preferred; Indiana licensure required.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience as a Hospitalist or in Internal Medicine/Pulmonary Critical Care preferred.
• Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills.
• Hard working, proactive, and a team player dedicated to high-quality patient care.
• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within Indiana.
