Community Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Hospitalist team for night coverage at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role offers a 7 days on/14 days off schedule with 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am, working within a physician-led, integrated system.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in Hospitalist or Internal Medicine/Pulmonary Critical Care, strong communication and teamwork, and Indiana licensure requirements.

Formación

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to think critically and plan care for acutely ill patients.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adjust to a 7pm–7am schedule.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as a Hospitalist or in Internal Medicine/Pulmonary Critical Care preferred

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
