Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Hospitalist North team. This PRN role involves day shifts 7a-5p with occasional evenings/nights, supporting inpatient admissions and consults without heavy critical-care procedures.

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with our Hospitalist team at Community Hospital North. Cross-coverage at Community Hospital East and South as necessitated.

• PRN day shift opportunity, 7a – 5p shifts, with opportunity to also work evening and night shifts if desired.
• Minimum requirement of 2 weekend day shifts per month. One winter and one summer holiday requirement.
