Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Hospitalist team at Community Hospital South on a PRN basis, daytime shifts (7a–5p) with weekend coverage requirements. PRN, day shift 7a-5p. Minimum requirement is 2 weekend shifts per month. 1 summer and 1 winter holiday required. Evening and night shifts can also be picked up if desired.

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with ourHospitalistteam at Community Hospital South. Cross-coverage at Community Hospital East and North as necessitated.

• PRN day shift opportunity, 7a – 5p shifts, with opportunity to also work evening and night shifts if desired.
• Minimum requirement of 2 weekend day shifts per month. One winter and one summer holiday requirement.
• Responsibilities include new admissions/consults (no critical care or procedures)
