Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our Hospitalist team at Community Hospital South. You will provide inpatient care across a busy medical service, collaborating with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.

This full-time, day-shift position includes 10–12 hour shifts, every third weekend, and two holidays per year. EPIC is used for electronic medical records, and candidates should be licensed to practice in
