Community Health Network (Indianapolis) seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for its Hospitalist team at Community Hospital East. This PRN position covers day shifts (7a–5p) with weekend requirements and occasional evenings or nights if desired.

Responsibilities include new admissions and consultations, with cross-coverage across hospitals North and South as needed. EPIC EMR experience preferred; inpatient care skills and ongoing professional growth are expected.

PRN, day shift 7a-5p. Minimum requirement is 2 weekend shifts per month. 1 summer and 1 winter holiday required. Evening and night shifts can also be picked up if desired.

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with ourHospitalistteam at Community Hospital East. Cross-coverage at Community Hospital North and South as necessitated.

• PRN day shift opportunity, 7a – 5p shifts, with opportunity to also work evening and night shifts if desired.
• Minimum requirement of 2 weekend day shifts per month. One winter and one summer holiday requirement.
