Job summary

Community Health Network seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for the Hospitalist program in Anderson, Indiana. This full-time role is based at Community Hospital Anderson and involves a rotating 7a-5pm schedule with one winter and one summer holiday requirement.

Responsibilities include admitting, consulting, rounding and discharging patients while collaborating with the Hospitalist team. Indiana licensure/eligibility is required; EPIC is the primary EMR used to document patient care.

Qualifications

• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within Indiana
• New graduates with inpatient clinical rotations will be considered
