Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our integrated, not-for-profit health system at Community Hospital South. This PRN day-shift role (7a–5p) may include evening/night shifts, with at least two weekend days per month and one winter and one summer holiday.

You will handle new admissions and consults (no critical care or invasive procedures) and practice with EPIC in a supportive environment that values growth for new graduates.
