This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with locations in Saint Louis, MO or Washington, MO. A high school diploma and patient-services experience are required, along with strong communication and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Patient Services representations as verified by department leader.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance practices, and billing procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service and patient-facing abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient interactions in a professional manner.
• Handle administrative tasks and scheduling for the clinic.
• Enter patient information accurately and process documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy policies.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel when needed.
