Research Medical Center in Missouri is seeking an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support nursing staff under supervision, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and helping create a welcoming environment.

You will perform advanced clinical tasks such as phlebotomy and telemetry monitoring, assist with ADLs, and help keep care operations running smoothly while prioritizing safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
• 1 year of experience required

Responsibilities

• Observe patients and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Provide advanced care including phlebotomy, telemetry, IV/catheter care
• Assist with lab sample collection and clerical duties
• Anticipate patient needs to ensure a seamless, compassionate experience
