Job summary

GAF is seeking a Multicraft Technician II to safely complete advanced maintenance tasks in a manufacturing setting. You will perform PMs, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and work from blueprints and schematics to keep equipment running.

The role requires experience with 480V controls, motor drives, VFDs, welding, and millwright work. You will collaborate with the maintenance team to improve uptime and safety, including documenting work in Maximo and supporting continuous

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience with 480V systems and ControlLogix preferred.
• Welding and millwright skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced maintenance support and PMs for plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems; read blueprints/schematics.
• Perform welding, pipe work, and millwright tasks as needed.
• Document work in Maximo and support safety/continuous improvement.
