Qualifications

• One year of creditable experience equivalent to the next lower grade.
• High school diploma, GED, or proficiency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and relay messages to staff.
• Assist with patient check-in and update demographics and insurance information.
• Coordinate care across VA and community providers to support access to care.
• Enter information into the electronic record and monitor pre-appointment requirements.
• Use MyHealthyVet to manage secure patient messaging and team communications.
